Marriage is supposed to be a relationship which aspires to the same intermingledness (as Trinity). The two become one. Too often this is only pictured as the physical aspect, but it is meant to be way more. Two hearts and minds and bodies joined so close together that they are one, but still unique (similar to the concept of Trinity).

Perhaps for man, it is not possible to bond with someone so closely that you become one with them and maintain your uniqueness…but with God all things are possible. It is this unique intermingling interconectedness which is the nature of God. And the beauty of it is….we have been invited into this family to enjoy this love relationship for eternity.
